Dilek Postacioglu, Ph.D., is with the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) since 2005. During her time at MECP, Dilek has been involved in several transformational projects undertaken by the Environmental Assessment and Permissions Division including the modernization of approvals and the modernization of environmental assessment (EA) programs. Currently, Dilek is a Senior Project Manager with the EA Modernization Branch.
