Andrea Nokleby is a Partner and Planner at Dillon with over 20 years of consulting experience in environmental assessment, land use planning, environmental management, policy development, Indigenous Knowledge and Land Use Studies, and strategic planning. She leads the national growth of our Indigenous Client Group through a relationship‑centred, collaborative practice. She works alongside Indigenous communities in many parts of Canada to co-create community-led projects. Andrea worked alongside Marten Falls First Nation, with particular guidance from Bob Baxter, to develop the Aboriginal and Treaty Rights Impact Assessment for the Community Access Road Project.
