Jennifer L. Moulton (the L is important because there are two Jen Moulton’s at MECP!) has a Masters’ degree in Integrated Water Management from the International Water Centre in Australia and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science/Physical Geography. Jen has worked for the provincial government in different capacities for over twenty-five years including 15 years with source protection and is currently a Project Manager with the Environmental Assessment Modernization Branch, leading priority modernization initiatives. Jen has 3 kids, 2 of which are now in University, and a very senior Bernese Mountain dog, named Bernie.
