Jasmine Biasi, P.Eng., is an environmental planner and engineer for water and wastewater infrastructure projects at Jacobs. Jasmine has more than 5 years’ experience within the infrastructure planning, design and construction sectors, working directly with municipalities across Ontario to implement large scale infrastructure planning assessments, including Schedule ‘B’ and ‘C’ Environmental Assessments and Master Servicing Plans, making her proficient with the Municipal Class EA Process, Environmental Assessment Act, and implementation of Federal/ Provincial/ Local regulatory requirements related to Infrastructure Planning Capital Projects.
